As we begin the process of getting to know you and making the decision about if Eden’s Glory will be a good fit, we welcome you. We believe that this time is a unique moment in your life, a time to look forward, dream big and find grace and healing through Jesus Christ our Lord. We have been praying for you for a long time, long before we knew your name or your story. And we will continue to be praying as we walk through this discerning process. We are so humbled that you have allowed us to begin this process with you and are so excited to see what God has planned for you. You are precious in His eyes and He knows what you have been through. We know this decision will not be an easy one and the road is going to be difficult as you travel through pursuing steps of healing and restoration. God wants to SET YOU FREE and nothing is impossible with Him!

To Apply for Outpatient Care Follow These Steps:

Please note responses to applications and contact will happen during normal business hours on weekdays. Step ONE through Step THREE can take up to 30 days.

  • STEP ONE:

    The initial intake form can be filled out online by the applicant or by a referring agency who think that the applicant would benefit from receiving outpatient services at Eden's Glory.

  • STEP TWO:

    After reviewing the initial intake form our intake staff will schedule a phone or video call with the woman seeking admittance. This is an opportunity to ask and answer questions for both parties and for Eden's Glory to provide an overview of the program. At the conclusion of this step it will be known if Step Three is in order.

  • STEP THREE:

    After initial assessments of qualifying for Eden's Glory the applicant will be asked to fill out the full application form online. We recommend that she fills this out herself but encourage that she does it in the presence of a support person to assist in processing any triggering questions.

We offer services:

: for female survivors of human trafficking

: for ages 18 thru 45

: in a community-based family environment


Outpatient services include:

: day-time classes

: counseling

: an invitation to resident & staff community events


We are not:

: a detox facility (active users must detox prior to arrival)

: a home for mother and child (arrangements must be made for your child prior to acceptance)

: a lockdown institutional facility
