  • Nick Martin - Board Chair

    Pastor

Nick currently serves as a pastor in local church ministry with emphasis on teaching and equipping families in the truth of God's Word. Prior to his current role, Nick has served churches in Missouri and Illinois.

He is a graduate of Missouri Baptist University (BA in Christian Ministry), Lindenwood University (MA in Organizational Leadership), and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (MDiv in Biblical Studies), and is currently pursuing further doctoral studies. During his undergraduate work, he spent his summers working alongside indigenous pastors in East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia) where he first became aware of human trafficking not only abroad, but in the United States.

Nick is married to his wife, Brittany, and they have one son. Together, they are a licensed foster care home in the State of Illinois with experience as a specialized home supporting minors with extensive trauma. Furthermore, Nick is a ministry leader and advocate on a local and state level for foster care, adopted children, and survivors of abuse. Ultimately, Nick and his family pray that under God’s enduring guidance, provision, and faithfulness, Eden’s Glory will continue to see survivors restored from the extensive trauma of human trafficking and communities empowered with skills and knowledge to prevent exploitation.

  • Ginger Reed

Owner, Paul Mitchell School St. Louis

Ginger is co-owner at Paul Mitchell the School St. Louis and a hairstylist at Hollywood Hair in Maryville, IL. As a licensed cosmetologist and licensed instructor, she believes in the power of how one’s inner beauty and outer beauty have a direct correlation to each other.  She has been witness to the transformative affects and impact hairstylists can have on those who sit in their chair, especially when their self worth and confidence is being hindered. Her involvement with Eden’s Glory began by donating salon services to the residents, and has progressed into feeling led to use her experience and background as a leader in her organization to help support and work alongside Eden’s Glory. She wants to help progress the movement, create more awareness, and support raising funds to see the mission of Eden’s Glory grow. Ginger has a heart to serve, and could not think of a better organization to serve alongside… one that is changing and rehabilitating lives through the powerful healing that God provides to the brave and courageous women who trust Eden’s Glory on their road to restoration.

  • REV. GINGER COAKLEY

    Co-Founder

My name is Ginger, I am humbled that God called me to lead something like this. Eden’s Glory is an act of courage and obedience, EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. It is also an honor to have a front row seat to the transforming power and grace of God. In 2010 I was completely unaware that slavery still existed. When I heard, I devoured information from statistics to documentaries, to narrative accounts. I was heart broken at the reality. I was angered by the injustice, and I was CALLED to do something about it. So I quit my job, moved to Illinois, got married, bought a house, had a baby, and started a ministry all in the same year. Crazy! We have been open since September 2015 and I'm grateful to walk alongside survivors every day. Come, let us tell you so so many stories!

  • holly hampsch

    Executive director

Holly is an Alumni of Greenville College with an Education Degree. When attending a Passion Conference in 2010, she learned about the devastation of modern-day slavery. Since that day, God has given Holly a passion to have a hands-on opportunity in helping victims find freedom. Eight years later and a move back home took her on a path that led her to Eden’s Glory.

  • ANNIE SCHOMAKER, LCSW

    Co- founder

Annie is a licensed clinical social worker with vast experience of casework, counseling, and training in her field. In 2004, God moved her heart to fight for the broken, the enslaved, and challenge systemic injustices and she has never turned back. Annie is the co-founder and lead program developer for Eden's Glory. MANY hours of learning, research, networking, writing, revising, wrestling, creativity, heart, and PRAYER have been given to the creation of a two-year treatment program for survivors of human trafficking. Annie leads us with a high standard, and with God's help and grace, to focus on the women and their pursuit of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational restoration.
