The Accounting Clerk is prayerfully responsible for facilitating financial operations of
the non-profit organization by performing a variety of accounting procedures and related tasks. The
responsibilities can be broken down into three primary areas: Risk Management, Process and Maintain
Financial Operations, Maintain Transparency and Accountability.
Skills:
Demonstrates organizational, verbal, interpersonal, mathematical, analytical, grammar/spelling,
reading/comprehension of written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, and computer skills.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a passion for supporting mission- driven work, and a solid understanding of accounting principles relevant to non-profits.Job Knowledge:
This role is vital to helping the organization maintain transparency and accountability in managing donor
funds, grants, and operational expenses.
Education/Experience:
• Associates or Certificate in accounting required, Bachelors preferred in business or accounting.
• Previous non-profit bookkeeping experience required.
• Profess faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior required.

The Grant Writer is prayerfully responsible for the pursuit and writing for eligible grants
that aid in the financial sustainability and future of the organization. The responsibilities can be broken
down into two primary areas: Research and Writing, Submission and Follow-up.
Skills:
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a passion for supporting mission-driven work, and a
solid understanding of grant processes relevant to non-profits.
Job Knowledge:
This role is vital to helping the organization maintain transparency and accountability in managing donor
funds, grants, and operational expenses.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelors degree preferred in the field of communication, non-profit, or other writing or critical thinking line of study.
• Previous exposure/work related to field of human trafficking or other ministry/non-profit work.
• Profess faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior required.
